FAQ

What payment terms do you accept?

Common terms are 30% advance with order and 70% before shipping; payment terms usually be T/T. Confirm with us.

Do you offer factory prices for bulk or repeat orders?

Yes. As a manufacturer we quote direct factory prices; repeat and bulk orders qualify for tiered discounts. Contact us for a project-specific price list.

What information must I provide for accurate pump selection?

Medium name and concentration, flow rate, head (or pressure), suction and discharge conditions, specific gravity, operating temperature, solids content if any, motor power supply (voltage/frequency), and any ATEX/explosion-proof requirement. The more complete the data sheet, the more precise the selection.

How do I get a quotation for a pump?

Send us the medium (name and concentration), required flow (m³/h), head (m), operating temperature, motor voltage/frequency and any site constraints. We will respond with a model recommendation, motor power and a formal quotation within one working day.

What is your standard lead time?

Most standard pump models ship within 4 weeks of order confirmation. Large-volume orders, custom impeller trims or special motors may take 5–6 weeks. We recommend placing orders at least 5–6 weeks ahead of your install date to allow buffer for transit. Contact us for exact timelines on your specification.

Do you provide export documentation (CO, CE-compatible, etc.)?

Yes. We supply commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and material certificates as required. ISO/CE-compatible technical files is provided with each shipment.

Can you ship spare parts quickly for an urgent breakdown?

Yes. Common spares (mechanical seals, impellers, bearings, O-rings, lining kits) are kept in stock and can ship by air within 3–5 days. Provide the pump model and serial number for fast identification of the correct parts.

Can you arrange shipping to my country?

Yes. Please provide your delivery country, city, quantity, and preferred shipping requirements, and we can discuss suitable shipping arrangements.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product model, quantity, customization requirements, and production schedule. We will confirm the estimated lead time before placing the order.

Which Incoterms do you support?

We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and EXW terms as requested. FOB is most common for sea freight; tell us your destination port for a CIF/CFR quotation.

How are pumps packed and shipped?

Pumps are packed in export-grade wooden cases with anti-corrosion and shock protection, suitable for sea, air and land transport. Motors and spare parts are crated separately when required. Marking and documentation follow customer and port-of-destination requirements.

Do you offer special flange and connection standards (ANSI, JIS, DIN)?

Yes. We supply pumps with DIN, ANSI and JIS flanges, and matched lined valves/fittings in the same standard. Specify the flange standard and pressure rating when ordering.

Can you supply explosion-proof motors and ATEX-compliant builds?

Yes. We offer EXd/EXe explosion-proof motors and can configure pumps for hazardous-area duty in line with ATEX/IECEx requirements. Specify the zone, gas group and temperature class.

Can I get special lining materials (PFA, PVDF) for extreme media?

Yes. Standard lining is F46; we also supply PFA for higher temperature and PVDF for certain halogenated solvents/bromine service. UHMWPE is used for the UHB-ZK slurry pump. Tell us the medium, concentration and temperature and we will select the material.

Can you customize the pump for my specific medium and duty?

Yes. We tailor impeller diameter (trim), mechanical-seal flushing plan, motor (TEFC/EX/IE3/VFD), mounting arrangement and skid packaging to your medium, flow, head voltage, frequency, temperature, work conditions and site. Send us your data sheet and we will propose a custom configuration.

Do you supply spare parts with each new pump?

Yes. Each pump is shipped with a starter spares kit (O-rings, gaskets and the relevant mechanical-seal components). Full spare-part kits and lining-renewal sets are available on order.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Provide the pump model, serial number, photos of the defect, the operating medium and a brief description of the fault. Our after-sales team will diagnose and arrange replacement parts or on-site support as appropriate.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage from dry running, cavitation, wrong medium/material selection, mis-installation, blocked suction or strainer, and abrasive media outside the specified solids content is not covered. Proper selection and operation per the manual are required.

What is the warranty period for your pumps?

The standard warranty period for the pump body structure is 36 months from the date of delivery The warranty covers material and workmanship defects not caused by force majeure or human factors, and applies to normal use. Consumables (mechanical seals, bearings) are excluded after the initial run-in. Extended warranty is available on request.

Do you offer OEM/ODM manufacturing?

Yes. We provide OEM manufacturing with your brand, paint colour, nameplate and packaging, subject to minimum order quantities. NDA and tooling arrangements can be agreed.

What support do dealers receive?

Distributors receive factory-direct pricing, technical training, selection software support, marketing materials, English manuals, priority lead times and a dedicated account manager. OEM/labelling and local literature can be arranged.

How do I become a distributor or agent for your pumps?

We welcome regional distributors and project agents. Send us your company profile, target market, sectors served and existing pump/valve portfolio; we will evaluate and propose a distribution agreement with pricing, territory and support terms.

Do the lined valves and fittings match your pump flange standards?

Yes. Our fluoroplastic-lined valves, pipes and fittings are dimensionally matched to our fluoroplastic and stainless pumps, so the complete corrosion-resistant piping and pumping system can be sourced from one supplier with consistent flange and material standards.

How do I maintain the mechanical seal to prevent leakage?

Keep the seal flushed and cooled, avoid dry running and cavitation, and replace the seal faces when wear appears. We supply replacement seal kits; follow the manual's torque and flush-plan procedures. For hazardous media, consider a double seal with a barrier fluid.

What temperature range can the fluoroplastic lining withstand?

Standard F46 (FEP) lining is rated for continuous operation from -20°C to +100°C. For elevated thermal conditions up to +150°C, specialized PFA lining is specified. PVDF is rated up to +100°C for specific halogenated services, while UHMWPE used in UHB-ZK slurry pumps operates safely up to +80°C. Please provide your exact operating temperature and chemical concentration for verified engineering selection.

Can your pumps handle media containing solid particles?

The UHB-ZK slurry pump is designed for corrosive abrasive slurries with solids. Fluoroplastic and stainless centrifugal/magnetic pumps are intended for clear liquids; for media with light solids we can supply a semi-open impeller and flushed seal. Provide solids content (%), particle size and medium for selection.

What is the self-priming height of FZB, ZMD and ZCQ self-priming pumps?

Typically 2–4 m depending on medium density and vapour pressure. After the first manual priming, these pumps reprime automatically on each start with no foot valve. A suction check valve is recommended to hold the prime during long shutdowns.

When should I choose a magnetic-drive pump instead of a mechanical-seal pump?

Choose magnetic drive (CQB, ZMD, CQL, ZCQ) when leakage of toxic, flammable, explosive or precious media is unacceptable, or where mechanical-seal maintenance is difficult. Magnetic pumps use static sealing only. Choose mechanical-seal pumps (IHF, FZB, FSB, IH) for larger flows/heads, higher solids content, or where a flushed double seal can be maintained.

What is the difference between fluoroplastic-lined and stainless-steel pumps?

Fluoroplastic-lined pumps (IHF, CQB, FZB, FSB, ZMD, GF) provide exceptional corrosion resistance across most industrial concentrations of strong acids, alkalis, and oxidizers under rated operating temperatures (-20°C to +100°C standard, up to +150°C with specialized PFA). Stainless-steel pumps (IH, CQL, ZCQ) suit clean and moderately corrosive media (organic acids, alcohols, brines, oils), offering higher mechanical strength and structural pressure tolerance.
