ZERO CORROSION

The CAS-Patented Material Science Behind Every YFTEL Pump

YFTEL was among the first pump manufacturers in China licensed to use "Fluoroplastic Alloy" — a corrosion-resistant material patented by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. For over 30 years, we have molded, machined, and cast this material in-house, building pumps designed for the transfer of aggressive acids, alkalis, and strong oxidizers within a rated temperature range of -30°C to +150°C.

Frequently Asked Ouestions

Find answers to common questions about our chemical pump solutions,or reach out to our team directly for personalized assistance.

faqsFAQs

What is your standard lead time?

Most standard pump models ship within 4 weeks of order confirmation. Large-volume orders, custom impeller trims or special motors may take 5–6 weeks. We recommend placing orders at least 5–6 weeks ahead of your install date to allow buffer for transit. Contact us for exact timelines on your specification.

How do I get a quotation for a pump?

Send us the medium (name and concentration), required flow (m³/h), head (m), operating temperature, motor voltage/frequency and any site constraints. We will respond with a model recommendation, motor power and a formal quotation within one working day.

What payment terms do you accept?

Common terms are 30% advance with order and 70% before shipping; payment terms usually be T/T. Confirm with us.

Which Incoterms do you support?

We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and EXW terms as requested. FOB is most common for sea freight; tell us your destination port for a CIF/CFR quotation.

What is the warranty period for your pumps?

The standard warranty period for the pump body structure is 36 months from the date of delivery The warranty coversmaterial and workmanship defects not caused by force majeure or human factors, and applies to normal use. Consumables (mechanical seals, bearings) are excluded after the initial run-in. Extended warranty is available on request.

Can you customize the pump for my specific medium and duty?

Yes. We tailor impeller diameter (trim), mechanical-seal flushing plan, motor (TEFC/EX/IE3/VFD), mounting arrangement and skid packaging to your medium, flow, head, voltage, frequency, temperature, work conditions and site. Send us your data sheet and we will propose a custom configuration.

What is the difference between fluoroplastic-lined and stainless-steel pumps?

Fluoroplastic-lined pumps (IHF, CQB, FZB, FSB, ZMD, GF) resist virtually all strong acids, alkalis and oxidizers at any concentration but are limited in temperature (~100–150°C). Stainless-steel pumps (IH, CQL, ZCQ) suit clean and moderately corrosive media (organic acids, alcohols, brines, oils) with higher mechanical strength and higher temperature capability. Choose fluoroplastic for strong acids/alkalis; stainless for clean and mild-duty media.
